Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is faulty.

Opened products may be returned only if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original

condition.

Used products are eligible for return only if faulty.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our Asia-based

fulfilment warehouse. Return instructions will be provided after contacting us.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before a tracking number has been issued. Once an order has

shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
